This meditation is designed to relieve tension and build up the skill of Yoga Nidra. It can be used by meditators of all levels, but it is specially useful for building up the skill of remaining conscious during dreaming states.

Once the meditator is able to go through the entire script without falling asleep, move to the intermediate meditation.

This is an intermediate yoga nidra guided meditation for overwhelm and release of tension. It contains strong emotional exercises designed to enhance emotional and spiritual resilience and release.

The audio track is mixed and mastered to be enjoyed with headphones. Binaural beats and 8D virtual surround technology has been used, which only works on headphones.
